This kale coconut water, kiwifruit (gooseberry), cucumber, avocado and green apple smoothie is a bit different. The apples and kiwifruit give it a reasonable tang and fragrant aroma. With the avocado giving the smoothie a luxurious smooth texture and the cucumber a cool refreshing aftertaste.

This smoothie could easily be served as sorbet or as a light meal replacement. This could be a great way to get the kids to eat some greens. Try adding a dash of yogurt and serve it with some simple vegetable batons like celery and carrot for a nourishing party starter.
